    Default Castlevainia

So far this new Castlevania is really good. A mix of God of War, Onimusha, and maybe some Bayonetta or DMC. Those are all good games too so although it doesn't yet feel very original it is very high quality gaming fun.
I've heard it is around 20 hours too, which is awesome because I'm about tired of paying $65 for 6 to 10 hour games.

Game looks so cash. Love that he has a Cross/whip style weapon, kinda figured it would work very similar to Kratos weapons though. It doesn't feel to similar does it?

What he said heh. I didn't even know what the subtitle was. I'd heard it was good so I got it. OH and check this out-
I bought it at Walmart at around 4am and the lady in electronics said "no need to get one from the case, some guy changed his mind on getting it a few minutes ago so I have one here in my basket."
I pay, go home, work on a custom a while, then go to open the game.
The wrapper comes off way too easy and inside is a blank CD.
SOOooo I took it back and told the electronics lady that the guy who changed his mind before I bought it slit it open and stole the game. I told her she should get a manger to pull the tapes and get the guy but she said it wouldn't make a difference. According to her, they get robbed constantly. The glass game case gets shattered at least once a week and the CD swap trick is every night.
She straight just handed me a new copy and went back to work.

I just got to a castle. pretty far in.
My opinion of the game has gone from good to great. Better than GoW3 even.

Whaaaa?!? Shit bro, I need to play this then. Playing GoW3 slowly and that is some epically great stuff. Just getting to the labyrinth in it, picking up Heras cup was the last thing I remember doing so right at the start of it.

I loved GOW3 but it was short. Knocked it out in 2 days.
This game though gets to the fun level of GoW but since it is much longer, the story has me pulled in way more and the combat depth is as good or better than GoW3.
Excellent Graphics, top notch voice acting, good music, and the fact that it is starting to really feel like a Castlevania game to boot makes it an instant classic.

Beat this game yesterday. My only complaint would be how you can not move tha camera yet they hide many of the goodies off camera, forcing you to run against walls or jump into probable death to check for important items you would otherwise miss.
Since they are very forgiving with deaths, its not a huge deal though.

The ending was great. A real surprise too.
I'll be looking forward to a sequel.

    My score- 9.4
