Yeah I think the standard site logo has always been sleek and classy. No need to jazz it up.

The original logo or just the text would be fine. With the Original I am curious as to which printing process will be used, if its silk screened it would be awesome but because on the gradients I can see it being more in the style of an iron-on. If it can nott be done in silk screen I say just the text so it can be, no one likes when the shirts designs start to look all crackly. *Stickied*

From the last time I chatted with them, it would a 5 color screen printing. The background would be a solid dark gray, then the other colors.

Everyone okay with black shirts?

Also, embroidered hats will also be an option. The only thing with them is the logo needs to shift a little in order to maximize the font. Will look like this...

looks good. just 2 cents though, if going on black, then the logo directly on the black t-shirt, no box/rectangle/anything around it.
So, it should look like this :



The other option would be sticking with the original logo up top, like this :



..this would be my preference because (a) it's the original logo....no reformating for larger text (b) straight forward, removes question of is procustomizers 2 words? 1? hyphenated? etc...

and sorry for the late opinions on this.
I worked in a print shop in HS, a GOOD printer could do the above graphic with 2 screen. I see why they said 5, but believe me, it could be done in 2.

Tell them you can pay for 3 screens : 1 screen of the lighter gray (which doubles as the flash/underbase for the red) then 2nd screen is the darker gray, then 3rd is red.

Also, if doing a short run, please find out the type of t-shirts he'd print on, or if we can get options... I (for one) wouldn't mind paying $10 extra for a better quality cotton t-shirt, I know a lot of guys use the mixed cotton, which isn't very soft and it's super thick.

I think this is exactly what I'll take to them. I'll see how it would fit on a hat, too. I know with the hats, it can only be 4 inches wide. Thus, stacking it helped it fit, while keeping the font legible.


Was there a website that let you do this?
