This is my first time working with the Sapp figure. The only change needed was the removal of the hand tape. On the planted hand, I did this with a dremel for the bulk of it, sanded it smooth, then used various dremel bits to carve/shape the finger bones.

For the right hand, I found it was just easier to do a hand swap. Luckily I had a few junk basketball players whose hands were big enough to go seamlessly on Sapp. The head was Mawae with a goatee removal for a nice baby face.

That hand came out awesome! Thanks for including the before pic of the Sapp figure for those of us not familiar with the sports lines... Really shows the work you put in, and it all looks great! Only thing I would do would be to hit the pants and shirt with a little Dull Coat, or other flat (or Satin) clear coat... Little shiny, but one heck of a job!
