Okay for you guys across the pond. I hear it is rather difficult to get some stuff. What do you guys in the UK use?

I'm currently looking for something that will serve the same function as Testors Dull/Clear Coat...but something that we can get here in ol' blighty.
Its for sealing acyrlic paint and possibly chaulks/pastels for weathering effects. All the wargaming/modelling articles ad videos i've seen online seem to be directed at the US market and almost ALL say USE TESTORS DULL COAT!...yea...thats gonna be a problem...any assistance would be appreciated! I'd prefer to not ruin some figs experimenting with completely the wrong stuff if i can get some good advice.

I've heard Humbral is a UK based company? any truth to that? I've used their enamels before, pretty good stuff.

@ Jii - I'd assume Humbral makes a decent clear coat as well. Like said, I don't know much about them.

Also curious; can someone in the UK order aerosol cans via ebay? are there customs problems with that?
Just searching on ebay.co.uk, seems everything available to us americans is on that site as well:

Im not sure if they are UK based...their enamels are ok, they have a decent range of colors but im not a huge fan of enamels.

Spurt Reynolds is in the UK and uses Humbrol, and well, we know how damn good his paint skills are. I would seek out Humbrol if I were in the UK.

What about Citadel Paints? From Games Workshop. They make Warhammer miniatures and since they started in the UK, I assume The products would be easy to find/order.

I use Halfords spray paint as undercoat. After that Games Workshop all the way with maybe the odd bit of tamiya. They apparently stopped making tamiya metalic because it was poisonous. It didn't do me any harm but I didn't eat it or owt.
