Does it still transform though ? And do you use other sorts of material to re-enforce the aluminum sheets ? :D

Thanks! Sorry to disappoint you-this replica doesn't transform anymore. I used aluminum sheets only (coke in can to be exact). It's a little fragile actually. All sides are folded though to make it strong enough. =)

Wow! That's fantastic. The thinner aluminum sheeting helps give him a sense of scale that the thicker plastic can take away from him. He looks much larger now!

I always thought movie Prime is slim and tall like Michael Bay =). Repainting thin sheets like that makes it really "metal" looking. The thin-sharp edges, I guess, helped. Thanks, man!
