It seemed to more of a myth than mission. For years Prowl had been assigned guardianship of a legendary blade. Said to be crafted from Allspark metal, it was as old as Cybertron itself. Yet this heavy long blade seemed to respond to no one. Using it in combat seemed useless and was better served strapped across Prowl's back as he looked for the one Autobot who could carry it.

Megatron's soldiers grew more and more brazen, Courageous almost. If the Autobots were to succeed they need every soldier they could get, especially Drift. Thought to be lost somewhere in Asia, he had supposed crash landed to Earth hundred of years ago, on a recon mission scouting the planet.

He had awoke and befriended the populace. Here in the mountains of Japan he could hide his form and learn to combine the ancient art of Metalikatto with Bushido. Yet even Drift knew he was still missing something. That one last part of him never made it to earth with him. Perhaps Prowl can set things right...

This was originally fellow Radicon Long Hauls idea, before he started painting himself. We were having discussions of future commissions and he mentioned a HA Drift. We went with another project, but this one always stayed with me.

The head was built from ROTF Mindwipe/ROTF Leader Megatron/ROTF Ironhide's heads and some loose Gundam bits. The hands are from a 1/100 MG Gundam and the swords were scratch built from styrene with handles from Gundam Seed Blue Astray. Both wakizashis (swords) attach magnetically to his hips as well as to two magnetic points in his hands for all kinds of crazy poses. Thanks guys. No, I just never cared for them. I painted a HA Sunstreaker some time ago and did the exact same thing. I know, I know, I should have kept them but...I don't like them. :p

Love the alt mode but the head mold look weird.
