Hi Guys!
need help in disassembling transformers cause I'm having problem with my bumblebee deluxe ROTF. those non-screw type that holds some rotating parts like the fingers, doors, toes, shoulders, windows, etc...is there a tool that can easily remove it? or a much easier and safe way to remove it without damaging the joints? thanks!

Well, there is no real easy way to do this. When removing pins you can run the risk of not being able to put him back together. But....
Here are the tools you're going to need.
1. Soldering Iron
2. Needle Nose Pliers
3. Small Thin Nail
4. Small Hammer
The soldering iron is used to heat the pin. Be very carefull you do not touch any plastic with it or you will melt the plastic an mess up your Transformer! Once the pin is warm, you'll notice it starts to move a little, grab the nail and push the pin. The hammer is there incase it's still stubborn. Once you have the pin peeking out the other side, grab it with the pliers and pull.
Putting it back together is basicly the same thing in reverse.
I hope that helps. I'll try to find you a tutorial on it.
BTW, why do you want to pull the pins out?

thanks for the tips! :) I'll try these... I want to remove those pins just to paint those parts more accurately. :)

You can do a fair job on those parts by bending the joint all the way one way, painting, then all the way the other way. I recommend you wait a least a week for the paints to cure before attempting to move the joint. Otherwise it will strip the paint right off. Actually, it may do just that anyway.

If it's ONLY for the Deluxe BB, I think that's too much hassle. But it's yours, so good luck! Right place to be in for that.

Hey hydroxycut, I'm working on a custom using Cannon Bumblebee as a base. Here's a pic of how far apart I took him. And NO, he's not getting turned into anything that has to do with Wolverine.

Also, I noticed you have to word "practice" in the thread title. I recommend practicing on the cheaper Scout Class figures. That way if you mess up, you're only out about $7

He's not getting stripes. He's getting a "carbon fiber" hood and a flame job down the sides.
