View Full Version : Help! how to change ROTF Optimus head and chest LED?

Hi guys,

I'm new to this and I'm doing my first ever customization/repaint on my newly bought ROTF OP LC.. I need guide to disassemble OP upper torso to see how the wiring is done. your help is so much appreciated. Repaint job now is 50% complete.
Will post pic when I'm done.

Thanks to some of you who inspired me.

LOL well it's not the first time we go back to one of your tutorials, and it's won't be the last!! But man keep them coming maybe even some video tutorials!!! Yeah!!! That way us mere mortals can't screw up our figures to badly!! HAHA

Thanks for the info dude! :D Thinking to do the body [the blu/red and flamo] part.. I'm painting with brush only. Any advice?

Any specific Brand names for LEDS? the one I go a fry's was quite low density

err.. frankly I don't know bro.. just the sizes that's matter.. 5mm, 3.5mm etc.. but the only brand I know is 'Made In China' brand..:D
