Man! That first pic made it look like you were doing some crazy wiring. Looks fine. Can't see anything wrong. Looks like the way I would do (if I ever find this guy). I think some would say add some grays or gun metal to break up the silver but then again he IS silver.

Looks good. Missed a spot on one knee joint. You can see it in the next to last picture.

I use the fishing line drying rack, myself.

ugh....yea thosejoints are rubbing so much, any suggesions on how to get them to not rub all the paint off when they move?

^sand sand and more sanding.. That's best idea I've got for ya. Now as for the paint, it looks bad ass dude, I think I might do this too.

Take them apart, sand them down.

ok, cool. sanding but thats more like a hinge, wont te sanding wear down the little bar that connects to the other limb. its already a loose fit, but won't sanding still allow for area of contact?
or is this one of the cases where i sand it, paint it, then put super clue on top of the paint....then connect after paint and glue is all cured?
im just trying to be thorough:)
thanks for the input :)

This is the shot I was referring to. Those are clip on joints? If that's the case, then yeah, take them apart, sand them a little, not too much, then repaint. Once that's dry, coat it with superglue. Let that dry for a day, then see how it holds up.

I like the clear blue over the wings. The only thing I would do (and really it's just thinking out loud) is maybe paint the leading edges of the wing "segments" metallic to look like there is some structure and the wings are energized. Hard to explain and it's just something I thought of looking at your pics.

I like it a lot, I may have to grab one now!
