Suggestions on a Transformer/Marvel crossover...

I've got something in the planning stages (hopefully I'll have one example to show this weekend), but would like some insight. Which Transformers would be a great pair-up with the following comic characters:

Heroes:
Captain America - Optimus Prime (obvious choice)
Spider-Man - Bumblebee?
Thing/Human Torch (Fantastic Four) - Brawn would definitely go with the Thing...
Wolverine -
Silver Surfer -
Punisher - Ironhide, maybe?
Hulk -
Iron Man -

Villains:
Electro - Army of Kremzeeks :D
Green Goblin/Hobgoblin -
Bullseye -
Magneto -
Red Skull -
Galactus - Unicron


I know there's a lot more heroes and villains out there, but some of them aren't available yet. ;)

And, in true TF fashion, the scale will be off but who cares, right? :D :D

Any thoughts?

Hulk=Sludge (not too bright but way powerful, although Snarl's strength increases 10x in sunlight)

Iron Man=Wheeljack (both are tech guys and weapons builders/inventors)

Red Skull - Bludgeon?? for the obvious reasons?
Magneto - Megatron
Venom - Barricade
