Classic Artfire with Nightstick

Got the universe Inferno dismantle more than a year ago, lol. At that time, couldn't decide what to do with him and had been sitting on table ever since. Until the news of a grapple coming next spring, hence I decided to go with Artfire.

He's not really mainstream figure, but I thought he was cool and was also suggested by a late friend - Astrobard.

Update: Here's the final version of Classic Artfire w/ Nightstick.

Alt mode: I changed the color placement slightly from the original toy. It was just white front and red at the rear part of the truck. Seem kindda awkward to me, hence I added the stripes on the truck. Extending from front to back, to mix up the white and red a bit.

And the number 108 on him is also paying homage to the G1 released, C-108.

Don't know the character myself but he does look pretty sweet and the colours do really suit. Love the pictures with ladder shows off how pose-able he is in alt mode too.

artfire looks edible, the colors look so good. is that red a custom mix? you did a great job here, and very very clean work. love the pic with nightstick in the ladder bucket.

THx! The red is straight off the bottle. Gunze/Mr. Color GX3 - Hermann Red. Painted it over grey primer and some shading though.

This is some amazing work. I love when down played characters get the love shown. I like the nice clean overall balance of the figure. Not much white or red and the detailing while heavy not to the point of making it look cluttered.

I likey this one alot.
