The first pic is a drawing I did back in 1996 of this character, a creation of my own from a book I had published years later.
The rest of the pics are of course the custom figure I made of him.

The character is called Vengeance. About 3 years ago I made this figure from a GI joe Sigma figure, realm of the claw head, and lots of sculpting and painting.
Not long after making it I boxed him away because the paint got sticky.
I found him after my recent move and did some work to him.
Stripped all paint
re-sculpted the chest and ribs
fully repainted the figure

Originally though I had already sculpted the arm armor, neck and head attachment, dreaded hair on both heads, finger tips, belt, tail, and furry calf sections before painting him.
This time around I covered less than perfect areas from my inexperience days with battle damage and blood.

In my story, Vengeance was a gruesome robotic monster that stood at almost 10 feet tall.
He is a prototype cybernal.
A cybernal is a military top secret combat cyborg that uses technology that corrects and reprograms brain functions to help mentally handicapped people or brain trauma patients regain their normal place in society. Used in animals, the beasts became intelligent while retaining their animal instincts. Only the head, spine, nervous system, and tail of the animal are used in the cybernal prototypes.
There were 14 prototype bodies, Vengeance being the leader type.
The underground lab where they were being built also housed an alien ship found back in 2017. When aliens from the same world as the ship lost control of their vessel, they crashed into the place where their ship's coordinates were set, the top secret cybernal facility.
On that day, the prototype cyborgs escaped and decided to destroy mankind, having no idea that there were billions on the planet.
Still, they were the cutting edge technology with weapons and gadgets to get them through anything as a team. After 3 attempts to stop them, the military used the word "Invincible" in reference to the cybernals more than once.
The first and oldest cybernal had lived among friendly human scientists in a different lab. It was up to him to stop the rampage of the renegade cybernal prototypes and avenge the death of his creator who he thought of as a father. But he is just a 4 foot tall armadillo cybernal...

Feel free to critique the basic story too. That's part of why I added it.
Its sort of a sci-fi fantasy underdog against overwhelming odds who meets friends along his adventure story.

I think it's fine. If you every do another one, maybe choose and bigger body and slimmer head. I'm sure you can make a better one now if this one was made 3 years ago.

You know? Watching the video you posted, there were some shots of your drawings. I was thinking your should make those and here I see this. Pretty cool.

I agree with Solrac. Either a smaller head or bigger body. Other than that I think he looks really cool. Oh maybe give him longer hair too.

Yep I shaved down and shaped the jaw area on the heads a bit to try and make it smaller. It was the only cat-like head I could find though.
The hair would look cooler longer but it would hamper the articulation unfortunately, even with the slightly bendable 2 part apoxie.
He looked even more disproportioned before I added the bigger chest.

I wanted to make his second in command, Judgment, too back then but didn't know how I could.
Judgment would need wider shoulders, a bigger chest, and definitely bigger thighs. He's a grizzly bear cybernal with a rocket jump back pack that detaches and becomes an attack drone spider.
