Does Tamiya have sprays?
Have you checked out Rustolem to see if they have a specialty plastic paint?

Yes, Tamiya does make spray enamels. They will also have more colors that Rustoleum. But Krylon is the one that makes the special plastic paint. It's called Fusion, and it doesn't have the largest color selection.

my $0.02 (back to the subject)
I too recommend Fusion (Krylon). I've used it for just about everything, from customizing models to home and automotive use. As long as the subject is clean it'll bond to just about anything! And it takes a beating. I've applied it to parts of my cart (rubberized leather pieces - like the glovebox door), no clear coat, yet still holds the color after several years and lots of punks kicking it getting into the car... I've recently tried Valspar's Plastic and Lacquer paints.. also not to bad but you will get a "fisheye" effect if not proped correctly.

i heard alot of ppl use krylon fusion sprays. never tried it myself. i 100% use tamiya sprays if i need to spray a whole body
Testors, Tamiya & Krylon(and Fusion) are probably your best bet.
If you use proper techniques you'll find brands become less of an issue, I mainly use the Wal-Mart generic enamel as well as Krylon(non-Fusion) & Testors and get outstanding results from all three.
I also tried the Gamesworkshop spray and it came out great as well.

Rustoleum makes a plastic adhering spray paint that is FAR superior to Krylon IMHO. It goes on much smoother, you never get the "blotches" that Krylon can produce and it cures faster and much harder/more durable than Fusion. Problem is, it is harder to find.
