I didn't get too many replies in the original thread.:ambulance:

This is my very first attempt at creating an articulated figure. This is a KO devastator that I got from Big Lots. I used parts froma KO Alternator Wheeljack figure and parts from a StarWars Tie fighter Transformer. He now has articulation in his hands, elbows, wrists. thighs, head and knees. He took a very long time to do. I would like to thank everyone who replied to my WIP thread and gave me suggestion for his color. After he was all painted up, I made an attempt at doing some washes to give him a dirty look. I am very proud of how he came out. I just might try this again if the mood ever hits me. Unfortunately because it was such a cheap KO he no longer transforms back into the individual bots. C&C welcome as always.
Without further ado

I think you did a great job. I wish I kept my KO Dev but sold it. :)

The only thing I notice that looks a little off is the epoxy below the knee. I would try to sand it more to get it more even and square. And maybe more close up pics.

I agree. But it was getting to a point in the sanding that I was going to start digging into the part that held it together. I think next time I'll try using styrene instead of the epoxy. It might look better. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I would recommend the styrene, I think this is a project were the need for it definitely applies. That, and maybe add a little more color to the individual vehicles to make them less monochromatic. Mixmaster especially looks a little plain, could use some silver on the grill and bumper. Other than that, love me some Devy!

Thanks for the advise. Styrene is most definitely on my shopping list. I meant to do his grill and bumper and I have no idea why I didn't.
