Voting has closed recently over at Sector70 and seeing DemonSS post his entry made me want to do the same.
I had been wanting to do this project since last year, but I never really got a chance to work on it. I was going to do Cop-tur, but I wouldn't have had the opportunity to finish due to time constraints.
Anyway, I wanted to make this a little different from the Crasher I worked on last year. I wanted to do something (aside from the head swap) to make it stand out even more, which is the reason he's missing the front wing in vehicle mode.
This is my first time working with decals. I made the set in Photoshop and used white label paper...not as good as waterslide but I wanted to use what I had available to me at the time.
Slicks was primed with Krylon Black Camo and painted Model Master gloss black/cadnium yellow and Tamiya chrome silver. The head comes from a TFTM Hardtop.
C&C as usual.
