The Warhammer universe is full of so many awesome characters and creatures that it's hard to choose which ones to customize. I really want to do in scale power armor on a 6 in. figure and cast the pieces so I can make multiple marines but it has proven to be difficult, Space Marines are just too big.

This was my first Warhammer custom so I wanted to start simple. I really like the Necron design and it seemed simple enough to replicate if I had a skinny enough figure.

I chose to do a Lord because they're more visually appealing than the standard warrior.

For some reason the face reminds me of a TOOL video, and just like those vids it give me the heeby jeebes.

The way the fabrics look is really authentic looking. Like aged worn death.

Thanks dudes.

Now that you mention it it does remind me of some TOOL weirdness. I think he knows it too, because he won't stop looking at me.

Usually I just use an old Tshirt for fabric customs but on this one I used a stiff burlap fabric and weathered it as much as possible to make it look ancient. It's all in the paint.
