I've been dying to drop with this project, but there were so...many...details!

(Hope you like Deadpool)

Anyway, the two Deadpools were the deluxe version. IronPool was the standard Marvel Universe version. I used my favorite Acrylic paints, Master Master Acryl for this project, using various colors including Clear Red, Insignia Blue/Yellow and others. Some light yellow drybrushing was used on the yellow for highlights.

The weapons are from various GI Joes over the years. Any logos were trimmed from another figure or made from styrene. The alternate head was from a Star Wars figure, but he's unrecognizable now. This project put me to the test when it came to small details!

Any comments, critiques, love or hate are encouraged! Thanks for your time!

These look great as always! Crisp and clean and no caffeine, just what I look for when I'm enjoying other customizers work! your paint work is exquisite and your attention to detail is commendable to say the least. I love the color choices and the little details like the packs and belts, etc. The unmasked head is really fantastic- I'd love to hear a little bit about how you achieved that great effect. Great job!

I'm a big fan of your stuff so thanks! The unmasked head was from a Star Wars figure, Admiral Thrawn. He's blue. I used two different dremel bits to scar it up, applied a solid coat of Scab Red, then drybrushed with flat flesh. My tiniest brush finished off the eyes. It actually took all of about 3 minutes, it was actually just a test run but it ended up just being the final version.

Yeah! I see the Admiral Thrawn now! You really went to town on that guy! I like the fact that you've created a convincing scarred affect that is also astheticly pleasing without all the gore. Great job!.
