My heart is still in the gulf coast of Texas but my fat butt is stuck in NW Indiana the weirdest place in america. This is the place where people think they are southern even though they are hundreds of miles north of the mason dixon line.

I'm a Navy brat, so I'm from a little bit of everywhere: VA, South Dakota, Arkansas, Texas, back to VA...
I am currently stationed overseas, and live near Zushi City in the Kanagawa Prefecture of Japan. We're about an hour or so South of Yokohama, and 2 from Tokyo. Yokosuka is about thirty minutes South of us.

very cool. I'm in middlesex county. People tend to think of Jersey with pictures of Newark and the suburbs of NYC, many don't realize we have really nice areas as well, with trees, lakes, mountains, etc....

My Dad was born in South Dakota, so when he got out of the Navy, that's where we ended up. Shortly thereafter, he got a job offer to work in Arkansas, so that's where we went. :)
