IDW Galvatron! .......oh yes he transforms.
The base figure is a classics Megatron (fitting isn't it), with a crapload of styrene and aves sculpt, and tamiya putty. He is painted with tamiya brand paints, all mixed colors, trying to match pics I found through google.

Well finally finished him. And added pics of alt. mode.
