May interrupt your completion schedule, but if you have various sealers on hand maybe to a test with samples of each on a scrap.
Of course be sure to share the results!

Thanks Hank! I just got back in from the garage here are my findings. With the use of a scrap bot part some lacquer a heat gun and mirra and future you CAN use future over mirra.

I'm having the same problem now. Used Mirraclear for mirrachrome but it turned Mirrachrome in dull silver. Applying via airbrush though. Not sure what I did wrong.

I had the same problem with the killer cans except mine turned out gray. Its not you its them lol. I would suggest doing as Hank said and do some tests. As per usual when Hank gets involved with something I'm doing I am slightly a step ahead of him. Hank is truly a man of great wisdom.
I will try to get some photos of my project with the future over mirra up tonite as it turned out very nice.

ANother thing I hate about those 2K SpeedCLear. Once you pop the button below, they're good for another 6-7 hours max...

I just had the rattle can version that came with the killer cans, I inverted it after each use and was able to get a months worth of clear out of it. It didn't work so good over the chrome tho. Could have been operator error. I also only had to shake it to use it I didn't have to remove lid twist activator to use it.

That's good advice for any spray can. After use invert and spray til just air comes out and you'll keep your nozzles clear.
So Matticus, I want to clarify. You brushed on the future or did you shoot it through an airbrush.

Through an airbrush, I like my paint and clear smooth lol. I do as much masking as possible as I'm sure every one does. I only use handled brushes for touch up and detail and those hard to get to spots. Again I'm sure every one does that!
