The very thought of competing with some of you guys (R/F Encline Sabrina and others) scares the hell out of me. I know my place, though I get better all the time. My job in life is to offer good work at a more affordable price. If you couldn't win the $800 version of something, you can probably get a great quality version from me for $120 without the LED lights and maybe not quite as near perfect. Still, way better than the factory spits it out.
As for customizers stealing each others ideas, I'm sure that happens sometimes, but I'm also sure a lot of us think the same. New fig comes out and half of us go "Yeah I'm turning that into ______ticon." If you are the first to do something, and you do it really well, you will get your munie so who cares right?

I've getting the Voltron DVD's and rewatching them the first time in about 20 years. Loved the lions when I was little, didn't care for the vehicles. Now it's the reverse. Still like the lions but the vehicle force is AWESOME!!!! As for the toys, still have my original lion Voltron. Even though I didn't care for the vehicle cartoon back then, I still wanted the toys.

IMHO the positive side of competitions are that they make u give ur best, makes you learn through explosure, and gain more experience as i believe there is always something that you do not know yet. If competition is one way to improve oneself and to put & squeeze the last drop of his/her creativity juice to the test, it's feasible.

But i'm totally "Green" on TF customs, i'm more into action figures stuffs, a cross over like GI Joe / Marvel / TF might be cool.

And at the end of the day since we are all one big family in this community maybe we can be a good sports and give each other a good warm tight huggies no matter who wins, so can i choose sabrina as my opponent ? :D
