I really loved Scorponok in the movie but was disappointed with the lack of bot mode in the movie and the poor excuse for bot mode on the toy.

The figure itself is really detailed and awesome, just added some metallics and a dirty wash to make it look a bit better.

BUT... he sooo desperately needed real legs, so I went to work on him. Also I wanted to motorize the claws, so I did!

Check the video and pics and enjoy! He'll be on Ebay tomorrow after a bit more detail painting!---BH

Those aren't "real" legs... I expected to see some disected insects and blood and guts with REAL legs...

Anyway...

Came out great! The motorized claws are sweet too! I wonder what we can motorize on a SW figure?? :D

LOL, yeah see, Blazemaster can actually be useful!

You have to do a bit of sanding on the ball joints to get them to fit nicely, but not really a hard mod per se, use mine as a guide. I'd say it's about a 4.5 on a 1-10 scale.:)

Thanks for the love gang! I've attached some better pics.

I swore I'd never take a pic of him doing the hand stand, but ah well! LOL!!

And YES!! The claws do still spin in open position, for your slashing pleasure! Inquiring minds wanted to know! LOL
