A question actually. anyway to make stickers stick on permanently? or stronger? thanks.

Making sure the surface is clean and smoooth would be the first step.
After that, you could try some ahesion promoters, but these may ruin the stickers so you would have to test them out.
The last thing you could try is to seal them using a clear coat. I have not had good success using a dull cote over a gloss sticker, but I'm sure there is some full proof formula that someone knows.

a dab of superglue might work pretty well. and i've put a coat of future floor finish on them before too.
