Hi guys it's been awhile since I have worked on anything but I had some time recently and I was able to finish my Ravage! I know it's been done a million times but this one is mine and I'm Proud of this one! It's my second custom with LED's! And it's a WIP still but I wanted to post it anyways! Modifications that were done was some slight leg trimming, LED's, Ball joint neck, teeth and modded the cannons! No paint yet but it's coming! Any thoughts on it would be greatly appreciated!!

Oh man! That is nice! What did you use for the neck? I won't paint mine until I find a way to modify it.

I used a Double Ball Joint Kit I got off ebay that is Yellow Submarine by Hobby Base I believe. I have seen other people reference it also but I think that is what it's called.

Well I pretty much gutted Ravage, and dremeled a few extra parts in the back cavity and the head! So no more stupid mech action or whatever they call it! Putting the LED in the head is the easy part but shoving a battery, switch, and wiring for the all 3 LED's was a pain. When I get some time I will try to take mine apart to give more detailed pics! But I plan on making another so maybe I'll take pictures next time around

Here is the link for the Ball Joints that I used! Yellow Submarine Hobby Base (http://cgi.ebay.com/Yellow-Submarine-Hobby-Base-Double-Ball-Joint-PPC-T05G_W0QQitemZ230407664143QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_To ysGames_ModelKits_ModelKits_JN?hash=item35a55df20f #ht_2309wt_905)
Not cheap I wish I had some casting skills! Now in theory I should have some really good articulation in the head with a double ball joint. But because of a problem I had to glue one end of the ball joints into the sleeve. And for the turrets I used the peg from the bottom of the cup or connector of the double ball joints you can see the little peg that sticks up in the picture on the ebay listing. I have pretty much gotten into the habit of not throwing anything away because you never know what is going to be useful.

Update
Finally finished my Ravage!! I'm really happy how it turned out but sad that it's not a keeper! So I guess I'll be doing another for myself later on, just hope it'll come out the same if not better! Let me know what you all think!

When you get around to doing one for yourself, give him a fully articulated tail. The flexible pipe sold by HLJ should do nicely.

I did think about that after I started the project but after it was sold I kinda ran out of time so I didn't bother. I will probably be trying that out on the next but if you did notice I did modify this one so that the tail actually went up high so it actually looked like a tail, instead of something just dragging on the ground!
