Think of this as a little mini-review if you will. I think we should make this a regular thing on the site maybe?

Anyway i just picked this little guy up because he was on offer and was too cheap to pass up. Plus i love BB and want to make a big collection of all his movie toys which is now complete!

The factory pictures dont do this little guy any favours. He's the sort of toy you cant appriciate until he's in your hands. I didnt like how his chest and arms looked in the factory pictures, but in real life he's quite a good looking little chap!

His new arms look great and although the chest isnt movie accurate it doesnt really take away from the overall look of the toy, especially if you have him displayed with his rocket launchers deployed.

The new transformation (which is much better than the regular deluxe) is lots of fun too, and because theres no arms tucked away inside the car theres actually some molded interior details like a dashboard and seats. Nothing as detailed as the HA BB but still cool for a deluxe.

His paint (what paint there is) is all well done too. He just looks right standing there. His lower torso/waist is a bit thicker than the normal deluxe version so he has a bit more bulk and looks much better because of it i think.
All in all a great little toy. Put your feelings about his non-transforming chest aside and pick him up cos he's worth it.

My only gripe with him is the way the windshield folds. Way too much rubbing and way too friggin' tight!

I'm tempted to get him and repaint him as Cliffjumper. That way him and ROTF BB have the same car mode but different transformation.

I'm still working on turning him into ROTF Hot Rod.
