Funny thing, combiners. It's a rite of passage building one successfully, like moving into your first house or buying your first new car. Once you build one, you reach a new level as a basher They just can't be thrown together, there is no way to do one in a week or a month and have him turn out pure win.

I've been watching some of the greats build them for a while. Ptivite first, the FR, Thyvipera and others. I've always wanted to try my hand at one, but my ego would not let me simply follow in everyone else's foot steps. I had to do it MY way.

Enter: BRUTICUS!!! The legs are from a Cybertron Metroplex. The great thing about that mold is the amount points of articulation. The Inner thigh, hip and knee all have individual ratcheting joints, so that he can balance well, and carry a LOT of upper body weight.

I knew I wanted him to look like a "jock" from high school. Strong upper body, thin waist and very powerful legs.
Kind of like the typical bully, ya know? I see Bruticus as the bully, snatching lunch money, giving the Insecticon swirlies, stuff like that :D
