New Banner! Feedback Please

First, credit goes to my girlfriend for her amazing photoshop skills. Just made a new banner for recognition on forums and auctions. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Looks pretty sweet. Using licensed character pictures is a little sketchy for me though(and when you become a larger entity, using a licensed character is a definite no-no). I always like to see an artists label free of them anyways. More personality in the design instead of whatever character is depicted, know what I mean?

I like it. It's cool to see two iconic versions of Prime. Buy your girl some flowers buddy, she did you right!:D
