Finished the details on Hot Rod this evening.... some of the modifications were:

- Removed light bar on roof, fixit sculpted, sanded, polished
- Added hood scoops/vets made from fixit sculpt
- New, larger rims and tires added
- Complete new paint job with kandy automotive eurethanes
- hand painted flames with 3 shades of gold flake
- Gave him hands from a ROTF Breakaway
- Head from a Classics Jetfire with minor mods to the face (wanted a more "human look")

Please, don't say that it looks just a bit like Barricade, that would be terrible. The paintjob, though is very good, SEMA show like....

Damn! I just noticed the wheels! They look nice. Cannot wait to see the bot mode.

omg you hand painted the flames ? *pops open a can of beer*

that is so amazing paint work, can't wait for more pics. and yes i hope it doesn't look like "toy barricade", the paint is just too awesome :D

Man that's awesome! If you somehow "movie up' the Jetfire head, I'd say it's pretty much perfect!
