double ball joint neck

i was just interested in knowing how to do a double ball joint neck for the fallen and am also interested in adding a ball joint to his midsection/torso any suggestions. i would also be interested in rescuplting his torso.also what scale predator figure was used for the hands. videos and pictures would be appreciated.
