Hey guys. I don't know how many of you are U2 fans here. I was privileged to go to the Philly show for free. I was a volunteer for Bono's organization called ONE. ONE was created in 2004 to fight AIDS and extreme poverty in Africa and other parts of the world. In exchange for walking around the parking lot for 4 hours and signing up new members (met a lot of great people), I got to go into the show and stand in the inner circle for free. The Stage was set up like a giant space station. The band came in to David Bowie's "Space Oddity" and they opened the show with "Even Better Than The Real Thing". They rocked the house. It was held at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Later in the evening My daughter and I were picked to go on stage during the song "Walk On" where we carried a Amnesty International lantern to a spot on the outer circle of the stage. It was so cool being up there and looking out at 75,00 U2 fans. I found the band to be very humble and they thanked the fans for the lives that they have. After the show was over and I was leaving the building I saw the WMMR Tent and Piere Robert was there talking to the fans. I got to go on air and talk about my experience at the show and my involvement with ONE. This is something that will stay with me for a very long time and I just wanted to share with all my friends here at PC.
ONE is a non-profit organization to help the worlds poor and impoverished. We tell folks that we want your voice NOT your money. I encourage all of you to join and give those in the world a voice who don't have one. You can sign the petition at http://www.one.org

Here's a link to the footage of me and my daughter walking on stage. I am the 6th one folloed my my daughter. Her left leg is in a boot.
