This little guy got me in trouble with Waner Bros. They got my eBay account suspended and made me write an agreement to NEVER customize another Warner property again..

To be honest, I would rather buy s six back of bad beer than EVER purchase, work, or promote a Warner product again. I also refuse to buy any more toys that Warner has anything to do with.

What assholes. I had the same issues a few years back with both Notre Dame and USC. They both sent me a cease and desist letter and then demanded I give them their standard 18% portion of my profits from the sale of the figures relating to their schools. I said that is fine.... I provided them an itemized list of my supplies and time and the cost of each (with receipts) through my lawyer. What was funny was that they ended up actually owing ME money (meaning I made NO profit)!

There are laws to protect certain forms of "art".... I have the law somewhere in my files but it basically states that as long as an item is not mass produced for retail sale it is considered a one of a kind piece of art and not subject to copy write laws.
