Slightly altered head and i didn't like the way it looked transformed which is why there are no pictures.

Not an Animated fan at all but I like how he looks. Looks very imposing. How about more pics in different poses?

I don't even know how the factory one looks in alt mode. Do share those pics, despite the fact you don't like them :)
I dig the uniform colour on this one and the work on those round things on his heels. Like Solrac said, very imposing.
