Basically Spawn was called back to hell to fulfill his oath, and took on this more demonic form, no skulls, chains, or capes, just RAW hell!

Not sure, but I think it was the newest "commando" Spawn? The one where he's jumping over the wall? I forget.

Nice. Could have even made him into Nemesis Inforcer, he's almost there already.
