Now that bandai has resurrected the tekkaman line I remembered that I had this old model kits since years ago.

I think they are great and I wanted to give them some shots to show them off.

They were suposed to be just for assembled and apply stickers, no need for painting. But decals were not strong enough and they just fall off constantly so I decided to do paint job on all three figures. One of my first paint applications. :D

Reds on tekkaman blade and tekkaman evil were intended to be metallic with silver base and red candy, but the application wasn't good and I didn't get the effect.:rolleyes:

Those kits looks so tempting, you mean Bandai is restocking the old Tekkaman kits or a new Tekkaman action figure line?

Bandai has released a tekkaman blade with pegas in their SPEC line.
And I know there is a released coming soon of tekkaman blade in the line ARMOR PLUS

These kits are not new or restocked, though. They are old kits that I have since years ago.

I loved this show. You did a great job on these. If I look closely at Tekka Man Evil I can tell it metallic, just a slight shimmer to it.

Nice clean apps and glad to see the old school Anime robots fighters are getting love.

Yeah, it is a little more metallic in person, though

When I painted these It was my first attempt to do a multi-layer paint job, and I didn't have an airbrush at hand. :dunno:
