in this verse CC was Hurt Badly in an attack on the Terrordrome and this CC is a great leader not the traditional Cartoon but more from the Comics
Mindbender in an effort to save him uses his experimental Overkill Program and Infuses CC brain witha Cyber Brain and given a new Body and ever so more purpose to Destroy the World and GI JOE!!!!
parts used:
head is a custom Cast Star Wars Droid head
Helmet, left arm gun is from joe vs cobra overkill
upper torso,lower arms, & upper legs accelerator suit ripcord
upper arms, lower torso BAT
lower legs Viper
Cape from Comic pack CC
Sword and belt IG destro comic pack

took about a week to get all the parts for the kitbash
2-3 hours paint to completion
there are three shades of blue
and two shades of silver one has blue mixed with it
flat reds and blacks for detail pieces
