Flocking is easy.
You need glue and flock. I bought all the stuff on E-bay. The seller name is KATEVO.

He sells the glue too. Brush the glue on like paint and sprenkle the flock on the figure. I used a spoon.
Don't push the flock into the glue. For some places you can like joints. Pile a little flock there and push softly with the back of the spoon, just don't crush the flock. After drying for an hour blow on the figure to remove the loose flock.
Work neatly, it is very easy.

For Beastman I mixed a rust flock-- which almost exactly matches the original color-- with a bright orange flock to get the color.
