This guy was on my plate for a looooong time, but he was worth it I think. He was a pretty easy recipe:
Head: Crossbones cast (which was a pain in the ass to paint)
Bandanna: Iron Fist belt thing
Body: Frankenstein with sculpted sleeves
Weapons, straps: Assorted fodder, darice foamie sheets
This outfit is kind of my own design, as he usually just wears a tank top and cargo pants. I wanted him to look a little more ready for action than that. However, without the literal crossbones on his shirt, it left his outfit looking rather undynamic, so I wanted to spend special attention to the details, down to the metal grommets on his shiny leather boots being painted. Had to modify his hands so that he could hold his weapons.
Also, i finally bought one of this bendy legged tripods, and I'm so glad I did. I was underestimating the effect that even the littlest shake had on macro photos. I think these look far better than my other pictures because of the steadiness.
