Nude Deadpool and Red Hulk Set

After seeing what Ed Mcguinness did for the variant cover of Hulk #16 I knew I had to recreate it in action figure form. What we have here is the Red Hulk wearing Deadpools outfit and holding one of his trusty swords and Deadpool feeling a little shy with only his mask and belt buckle to cover up. Red Hulk is made from a House of M Hulk with the Build A Figure Red Hulk Head attached with the sword accesory coming from a random MU size figure. Deadpool was created from a Marvel Universe Silver Surfer with feet fitted from a Wolverine Origins Weapon X figure and Deadpool head popped on. Both were hand painted using acrylics.

BTW, who is this red hulk guy? I stopped reading the comics once World War Hulk was over and thought it was another cheesy gimmick by Joe Quesada (similar to "One More Day" w/Spiderman and I haven't bought a single Spidey comic since).

I thought about it but I think it would have just ended up looking messy. The pictures drown out the color a bit though as I actually matched the pink patches of exposed flesh like he is on the cover.
